i wasnt sure about ordering these after some of the reviews. they arrived in perfect condition. the white isnt a bright white but more of a cream. they look great to me. i cant wait to decorate with a candy theme next year. glad i did decide to buy them. bought two sets.

I was really apprehensive about ordering these spindles based on other reviews, but I must say, I am very happy. While these spindles are not extremely large by any means, and true enough, the backside of the peppermint candy is NOT painted, the paint job on the front and the entire spindle is well done. Others also noted that they were not as vibrant as they expected. To me, they look exactly as you would expect the red and greens of Christmas to look. I was going with a more vintage themed decor this year and they certainly fit the bill. I have them sitting on my fireplace mantel in a grouping and they are lovely. Who sees the back of them? I guess if you were to use them in a centerpiece, it might be noticed, but otherwise, they are well worth being an addition to your decorations this year!

The spindles are really cute and make a nice display on a shelf in my kitchen. My only complaint is the paint on them is not very good. The spindles have spots of red and green on the white as if they were rubbed together too quickly for packaging. Other than that, the three are very cute and I would recommend them to others.

I really liked these candy cane ornaments. Yes they are beige and not white as the description declares. But they are rustic and so cute. A little pricey but you know that going in. They are sturdy and well built and very decorative. Mine are well painted and I enjoy them so much.

these are cute and something different for the holiday table.
I guess I among the minority who loved these! I was so happy with them when I pulled them out, and have enjoyed using them as decor around the holidays. I purchased them last year, and look forward to putting them up again this year!

Ordered these for family gift giving for Christmas, but very disappointed in the paint job on them and the overall quality. Was hoping for a bright, glossy paint appearance as in the catalog. Definitely NOT the case at all. I will keep these for my own decorating purposes.
