"I ordered this with my family's name on it and when it came, the there were no names on the hat.
The hat was big enough to put our names on it, so I did it my self.
The ornament is very cute and it was a great price!"

"I bought several of these ornaments for Christmas presents and every one of them I had personalized. It looked like someone wrote in the personalization with a Sharpie. I would order these again but without the Personalization, I'd write it myself, I suggest you do the same so the correct names go in the right place."
