Richeson Color Block Tempera Paint Cake - Brilliant Blue. A solid, convenient source of brilliant, opaque watercolor. Ideal for distribution and collection in the classroom, where mixing and cleaning facilities are limited. The blocks will not deteriorate in storage and are instantly useable with the addition of water. Appropriate colors can be mixed to produce intermediate hues. Simply apply water to the surface of the block and, with the aid of a brush, work up the color to a smooth consistency. As with all opaque watercolor, always apply thickly to highly absorbent surfaces, such as paper, to ensure good adhesion. Includes one 3.5-oz. cake.
