The product says 120ct. in the box but it failed to tell you that it only has 48 colors altogether. Here's what's included in the box: 2 packs of 48ct = 96ct. and 1 pack of 24ct. = 120ct. plus a cute crayon sharpener. If I have known, I would have gone with the box of 46, it gives you all 46 colors and also a crayon sharpener. Called the customer service and they did make it right. With that said, Crayola's quality is great for kids, just need a little clearer on the descriptions. It'd have gotten five stars if everything was cleared upfront.
