Was pleasantly shocked when I opened the box to see that the banner was made of a heavy duty vinyl. The "small" was far from it. It is one solid piece of vinyl, meaning no air cuts in the middle and no holes punched on the sides.
It also comes with 4 clear "Banner Ups" power tabs to help you mount on the wall or hang from a rope line, (the tabs have a hole punched out in the center of them for you to hang your rope with) I do not know how strong the tabs are or if they will damage your wall. I used 3m command strips.
One last note the red wording "Paint The Town Dead..." is printed on all the banners. Your customization is the next 2 lines in black under it.
