I received these and none of my wheels were broken off. However, they are not as pictured. They don't have the bright headlights. They don't appear to be broken off, they just have a pin dot that looks like nothing unless you look closely. I'd pass on these. Even at only $1.29 I think you would be disappointed..
Cons: not as pictured.
No, I would not recommend this product to a friend.
