I gave the pencils to a group of fourth graders as a memento of a lesson on Tangrams. Both the kids and the teachers were happy with this attractive and useful item.

These are great....except one thing. The language it wishes "Congratulations" in is Vietnamese not Chinese

My students loved the Chinese New Year greeting printed on the pencils. I did have some problems sharpening the pencils. Sharpening two dozen pencils is tiring. I may just need a new sharpener.
