This craft was a hit with a wide age range of kids from our church. It was easy to complete and appropriate with a wide range of art media (crayons, markers, glitter, tissues paper squares, etc.). The results were appealing and unique for each child.

I got these for a school Thanksgiving Party (grade 1), figuring they would make an easy (and easy to clean up) craft. Good thing I tested them first: the paper is not as heavy as I expected, but the worst part is that once the two sets of tail feather are in place, the turkey cannot stand on it's own. I now have to figure out how to weigh down the front so it can be upright.
