I bought these scissors to use at Cub Scout Pack meetings. The boys (ages 5-10) had a hard time using these scissors. They flex too much and don't cut well. They were cutting 60# card stock. None broke, but I am pretty surprised they didn't.

Although a bit pricey, these scissors actually turned out to be a good buy. Every year, my husband and I pack shoe box size plastic containers (Sterlite containers) for poor orphans around the world through Samaritan's Purse, an organization in association with Franklin Graham, (Billy Graham Evangelistic Association). We send 50 boxes a year - each filled with toys, school supplies and toiletries. Although something simple, it's sure to put a smile on the faces of children who love arts and crafts.

the blade to some got seperated from the plastic but besides that great buy!
