"I use these often in grief support groups with kids. Every child makes one to represent themselves and each time we meet they place their "Me Stick" in a container that indicates how they are feeling that day: sad, angry, scared, etc. The kids love making themselves, and it's a great way to communicate how they feel in a non threatening way. Before I found these, we used to just put a face on a popsicle stick. These are WAY more fun!"
