First this didn't come with 12 paintbrushes or even 6 which seems silly. The purple paint was semi-permanent, which is a no-no in any children's project. The notebooks are cute, though small (which was fine for my 5 year old, but would not have been cool for older kids). I don't know what the plan was with all the foam sheets, honestly. Seems like a lot of work without any direction for what the kids could cut out of them. My kids ended up painting on the foam which didn't really work. Dumb. Wish they had just stuck to painting and lowered the price and included the brushes.
No, I would not recommend this product to a friend.
