I got them at $4.99 and at less than 12 cents a tattoo I am pleased. They apply easily and the are so so cute. You will want to stick them to a light to make them real bright, but other than that they will glow. You can always give them a cheap mini flashlight to carry and shine light on it when you really want them to shine. My son loves them and I think it is worth getting.

These tattoos are hard to apply. They do not stick on the child's hand without tearing. I wanted these to be a fun incentive and they ended up being a frustration!
