The slide game tiles were extremely difficult to move by an adult; needless to say an child would not have much fun with them. Contacted Oriental Trading and they offered a refund or merchandise certificate. Received my certificate within a few days.
Pros: good customer service
Cons: quality

These things are way too small, and with small parts that can come out if handled wrong. Kids will probably like them, but I feel they are not worth the money.

My family loves slide puzzles, however not these. They don't slide easily at all. Wish they did because they are adorable. Was very disappointed and am waiting on a refund.

Bought these after xmas last year. Very poor quality. Pieces are hard to slide, come out easily. Most of my purchase went in the garbage
