I was a little dissappointed in some of the pink and blue charms. However, when I wrote Oriental they replaced them. They are a great company to order from. Will continue to order from them again.
Pros: Assembly, red ones were all good
Cons: some pink & blue charms were defective

Some of the jump rings were missing on the metal hearts which caused the charm to hang incorrectly from the bracelet. also, one of the metal hearts was broken and could not be used at all. cute product but poor quality. would not recommend.
