I was worried how many of these would be big and how many would be small. To my delight, exactly half of them were the bigger size and exactly half were the smaller size (I counted). We used the larger size ones as consolation prize for our elementary school Halloween carnival (for the eye-ball race). We used the smaller ones for carnival crafts.
