This is the perfect craft for a windy March day. Very super cute and easy to put together. I plan on using ribbon scraps for the bows on the kite tail and save the cord provided for another project.
Pros: Assembly, Child's Favorite, colors

Good, cute project. Only complaint is that the adhesive for the clothespin didn't work very well and needed to be supplemented.
