Bought these letters for an office bulletin board. They are made out of foam but are thin. These letters are huge - a little too big for my needs so I returned them. However, I didn't find anything wrong with them. Full alphabet with 2 cut-outs of each letter.
Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

What a bummer! I'm not sure if it was a defect, but how does this set have two letters Zs, Qs, etc. and only one E?
