The whole thing has to be put together with a glue gun, I ordered this product for my sunday school class between ages 7-10 who cannot use a glue gun so i had to do it for them and send them home, it totally ruined my lesson.
No, I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Did this craft with 16 1st graders. Took about 30-40mins for the whole class to complete. For safety reasons, we used the mini glue dots. Worked really well. The only problem we encountered, some of the dowels did not fit in the pot very well. We (the adults) had to attempt to get them in by pounding them on the floor. When I made a couple of them prior to the event, both dowels had a flat side and it was easy. Overall, I would order this product again and again!!

We ordered several craft kits for my work's Halloween festivities. We were hoping to have something that people could do during their break/lunch. Unfortunately, the craft is best put together (and more durable) using a glue gun. Also, it's not clear from the instruction which way the clip should be pointing, thank goodness I went to the website or my example would have been upside-down! Overall the finished result is still cute.
