Cute Thanksgiving Craft
Date: December 13, 2009
"This craft was the finale to a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration at my child's school.
Though the idea of the craft is good, the assembly is quite meticulous for little hands. Definitely have multiple adults on hand to help if you're doing this in a classroom setting.
Another thing - the instructions recommend hot glue to attach the magnet and the button. We used glue dots, and they worked just fine.
Finally, don't plan on using the craft to hold up papers. The magnet is not really strong. It does well to hold the weight of itself!"

Great Fun For All Ages
Date: November 12, 2009
"My teenager requested these for her Halloween party. They were a big hit among her friends. I would recommend this craft for ages 8 and up due to small pieces and detailed directions."

Very cute project
Date: November 7, 2009
"The indian corn looked so cute after our class made it during our celebration. After reading some other reviews about the magnet's ability to hold the finished craft, I purchased heavier magnets at a craft store that worked much better. Some of the kids wanted to switch colors of beads as not all the packages had the same colors in them. To save time and prevent issues with the hot gun, I used the glue gun to put on the button and magnet for the kids. Great craft for 8-10 year olds."

Good value

"I made a nice magnet. The only problem we had was the chennile stems were not long enough and we had to purchase more and recut them for all the beads to fit."

Need Bigger Magnets
Date: October 10, 2009
"These are really cute and easy to make, however the magnets that come with the kits are not sufficient to hold the finished product to the refrigerator (or where ever you hang them), so you have to purchase stronger magnets."

Cute Fall Craft
Date: October 6, 2009
"These are adorable when finished. I did find the magnet not strong enough to hold the weight of the beads. Also, the magnet was not magnetized. It would not even hold to another magnet or metal. Plan to purchase either stronger magnets, magnet strips, or use another way."

Pretty craft
Date: September 14, 2009
"This craft was fairly easy for ages 10-13, but some younger kids had problems with the corn stalk part and needed assistance. Magnet was not very strong, so I tied string to make it into an ornament. Overall a fun craft."

Tricky craft for younger kids
Date: January 15, 2009
"We purchased this craft for our church's kids group (K-5th grade.) The craft was fine for the older kids, but some pre-assembling needed to be done for the younger group. Overall, the craft looked nice when finished."

"This kit was pretty easy for all age levels in our 4-H group. Really cute when finished, but the magnet was very poor quality so they wouldn't stick to anything."
