"I bought these to put together to give to the ladies at my bible study. I have assembled one so far and they are so cute! The metal is sturdy and looks quality. The beads aren't my taste, but I have lots of beading supplies, so I am substituting in some others. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and it will make a nice gift for my sista-chicks! "This craft is of is poor quality, but we kind of expected that considering the price. What we did not count on was the tediousness involved in the creation of the craft. You must use pliers to form a microscopic loop in order to attach the beads to the bookmark. I lost four nails in the process and pulled out most of my hair. And to make matters worse the small connector loop fell to the ground never to be found again. We had to improvise to complete the project. And that is all, thanks."

"I bought these to make with my daughter to give grandparents for. They turned out really nice although there wasn't much for her to do in making them. She basically threaded on the beads and that was it. I did need some pliers to close the loop once the beads were threaded on, but other than that they were very simple."

"I love these Beaded Cross Bookmarks. Will be ordering the pieces and parts to make more. I also will be purchasing the Dragonfly and Flower Metal Bookmark kits. Great project and springboard!

"I've been wanting to make bookmarks, and found this kit for 12 at a great deal. Only thing I didn't use is the jump rings, which are rather flimsy, so I used my own instead. Otherwise, nice looking bookmark/beads/cross charm. On several, I used beads from my own stash to personalize, including alphabet beads, which I strung on wire instead of the pin, but always used the main bookmark and the cross. This would be an older kids project if you want them to do the plier-ing, unless they did the beads and you did the attaching for younger kids. They're making nice Christmas presents."
