Great craft for kids!

"This was a great ornament craft for our kids. Our five-year-old did the majority of the ornaments, but even our two-year-old was able to put them together. All I had to do was tie them. And they looked great. The boys enjoyed it so much last year, they asked to do them again this year!"

Great Craft for a Four Year Old!

"This craft is wonderful! My almost four year old daughter could completely make these by herself - I only had to tie the knots at the beginning and end. She could bead everything herself and put them into different patterns.
She proudly gave each one out to family members at Thanksgiving and could tell everyone that she made it completely herself. Great confidence booster!"

"These wooden bead icicle ornaments are super easy to make. We are planning on making them after Thanksgiving dinner and I'm hoping that everyone will be able to join in and have a lot of fun. Easy No Mess Craft

"This is a great craft that was easy enough for very young children to put together with minimal supervision. And, unlike other crafts, it involves no paint, glue, glitter, markers, etc. in order to look nice. A bunch of them hung together look really good and as they're made of plastic and wood, they're longer lasting than stuff made of paper and foam. My only complaint is that the colors weren't assorted well...in one order I got only blue and white. I called OT and got another order, at no cost to me, which was nice, but again, there were only a few red/green/white...mostly blue and white in that order, too."

"I bought these for my 2 year old daughter to help me with. I plan on making home made ornaments every year and then donating them as a way to teach them what the season is all about. Once I got it started my daughter was able to help string most beads on, only exception being the button beads. Overall it was super simple and pretty decent quality, there were just a few beads that looked a little "worn" but no biggie. I added pics of the ornaments, but I think just to add a little more to them we will go back and add bows above the top bead. Super easy!!!"

"I did these on Saturday with my kids & they loved it! I let them do it however they wanted & they turned out very cute. There were a few beads that wouldn't fit over the string, but it wasn't any big deal. These will be on our homemade ornament tree this year."

"Making the icicles was fun! But the hole in the top bead was too large for a knot. So I looped the elastic cord down the outside of the bead and back up the hole a second time and knotted. My family loved them!"

"All ages of children at our craft day were able to do this and felt like they'd really accomplished something neat. Too often their projects are something glued or glittered and it takes time to dry and doesn't really look that nice. These however, come out looking like something to be proud of. Kids ranged from 4-11 in our group that day."

"My 5 year old son did these in three sittings. It took him about a total of 4 hours to do all of them. If this will hold the attention of a squirmmy little boy, then everyone should buy these that are looking for a fun craft. I made a sample of each color, and he followed the pattern. He only needed help tying the knot when he was finished. I will be looking for things like these in the future!"
