"The back of this was too flimsy to keep anything up. I glued two popsicle sticks on the back and it worked like a charm. The kids did not mind it at all and everything they put in there stayed up!"

Not Sturdy Enough

"As another reviewer said, the foam front and back are not sturdy enough to stay up and hold more than one or maybe two napkins. On the up side, the kindergarteners had a blast making them, especially using the glitter. But since it cannot be used for it's purpose I would not recommend this craft."

"We used tacky glue instead of glue dots to put together so it took a little longer to dry. This was OK because it gave the children time to look for books and other materials at the library to take home. Back was a little flimsy, but we folded the napkins in half, triangle point up, so you could see the "sky" on the back also. Kids had a great time and were proud of their project. No frustrated parents, also a good thing!"

"My children and I enjoyed building the napkin holders for their teachers for Christmas presents. Only problem was that the foam is not sturdy enough to support napkins, had to support w/toothpicks."

"This is a fun project for the class for the price. I do agree with other review, a bit flimsy, so I need to go purchase card stock as well to support the back of the holder. Not an issue, just an extra step. We put the glitter all areas, not just the bottom "snow" as instructions states...looks very pretty! Mom's will love the gift from the kids!"

Cute but flimsy

"The kits are ok, it is great to have all the pre cut pre sorted pieces, but the foam sides of the napkin holder are super thin foam that will not stand up to any weight at all. The front is reinforced with the layers of "snow" and the snowman but the back is WAY too flimsy. I am going to reinforce with some heavy duty cardstock so as to have a usable project for my Cub Scouts."
