Additional information about AndreaD could not be loaded.
I ordered these glass bottles, and they were exactly what I expected, but 4 were broken. I contacted customer service via Live Chat, and they offered to credit the account or send me a new box. I chose to have the account credited, since I have 8 good bottles, and don't need an additional 12. It was totally easy. I didn't had to provide proof, or send the item back. Honestly, that would've been more work than I was willing to do for 4 broken bottles. Great customer service, easy problem solved.
