We did this craft in a church club setting with 10 first and second graders. They made some changes to personalize them, but were able to follow the directional pictures with minimal help. The self-adhesive pieces kept them busy as 1 leader used a glue gun for the remaining few pieces. It worked great.
Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I made these with my 4-year old daughter to use for our Christmas dinner. We placed silverware in them to go with the place setting.We received lots of compliments. The self-adhesive was nice, but did not hold very good. Some pieces came off easy after a couple days. The button were not self-adhesive and we use school glue, but the felt kind of soaked it all up and they came off easy too. After trying different types of glue.The glue dots or hot glue gun worked best. After everything said and done we properly put the pieces together twice.
No, I would not recommend this product to a friend.
