Great Valentine Classroom Gift

"They are what they are! You get 48 airplanes for $4.99. So my expectations were just that, 10 cent airplanes. The wing and tail were a little flimsy, (being made out of card stock) however the body is made of plastic and the nose was weighted. I would be willing to pay a little more for better quality, but again, these are 10 cent airplanes. I thought they were super cute and my son's classmates and teachers thought the same. Sometimes they had awesome flight and sometimes they didn't."

"I guess I would rather pay some more and get something that actually worked for thekids. I was disappointed at the fact that they were pretty worthless, and ended up baking some cookies to include instead of the planes, so that the kids wouldn't feel like "Charlie Brown" who didn't get anything worthwhile because nobody cared about him. OTC has some awesome low cost deals, but if you end up making cookies or going to the store for something else, what have you saved?"

"If you include these in a goody bag, carefully read the dimensions on both the planes and the bags - these are actually fairly big (as goody-bag stuff goes, anyway!). They're not super-aerodynamic or anything, but I think that's pretty much a given. Cardboard wings & tail are shiny & pretty sturdy, and design is cute. Good for the price."

"These would be fine to staple to a Valentine's card but they're so tiny that even in a goody bag I'd wonder about them. These are intended for grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 12 next Valentine's Day. I can't imagine what age would get a kick out of these."
