"I first ordered one set on fans, to review the quality. I was pleased with my first order so I ordered two more orders. The last two orders looked like they were miniature fans to be used by a Barbie doll."

""Sizes may vary" is an understatement here. Some of the fans were only a bit larger than my hand. Other fans in the pack were more in line with my mind's eye vision of the fan (and close to triple the size of other fans). Overall, they will work for my plan to use them as destitation wedding favors and look good when embelished. I'm just hoping guests don't think, "why am i getting the mini-sized fan?"....because there are OBVIOUS differences between the the fans."

"I bought these to entertain my birds and they are a nice economical thing for them to destroy. My cockatiels, caique and cockatoos LOVE destroying these! The size of the fans vary but they are likely handmade and the birds have fun with them and I have no complaints! Cheap bird toy for the price and no wiring/string/fasterners to harm the birds."

"When it says "sizes vary" they weren't kidding. Some were tiny, maybe the length of my hand in width and others were larger than my dinner plates. But overall, they were good quality and a great deal for the price!"

"I bought these to attach to programs for our wedding, since it will be in August. Even though the size varies, the smallest ones are still a great size; they were bigger than I'd anticipated, so I was very happy! My only complaint is that a few of them were coming apart at the base, but a little tucking and super-gluing fixed it right up."

"I bought these fans for my daughters wedding in July 2010. I was skeptical but decided give it a try and I am so very pleased with this product. Fans come in varied sizes which will work well with the guests and you can actually use them during the outdoor ceremony. They are also large enough to put the wedding program on them and decorate with the wedding colors. Thank you Oriental Trader."

"We use these at our dance studio and have for years, I recently ordered some for our church dance program...they hold up really well and believe me we abuse them. Don't expect a certain size, cuz it is a get what you get type of item, but they all work the same."

"Love them! Can't wait to use them for my outdoor wedding next June! Different sizes, but that's good, so the kids can have smaller ones. Going to decorate the handle with ribbon and a bow and glue a program on the front, so they can be useful."

"Ordered these fans for a Bridal Shower which was held outside on a very hot day. I attached beautiful ribbons from the bottom of the fans and tied them onto the corner of the chairs. Not only did it look beautiful, but all the guests loved and used them...and they were very sturdy and well made. They come in different sizes, as they are hand made. This makes them even more unique....but if you need them EXACTLY the same size this is not for you. I entertain a lot, and I would definitely recommend this product. Definitely a 5-star for the money!"

"I love this raffia fans. I bought them as a wedding favor for my sister´s wedding at the beach. They´re not only beutifull, but also high quality . As they´re handmade they do come in different sizes, as all handcrafted items. I found it just lovely! We deccorated with a ribbon and seashells, ant they looked fantastic!"

"I brought the fans to our local bar where we country and line dance. As we all know, only men sweat. Us ladies just glisten and glow all night long! I just brought them for all to use, and plan to bring them every week. They worked great, and everyone was grateful. "I bought 5 dozen packs of these fans for my wedding. Each pack has SO MANY different sizes in it. About 8 out of the 12 are super mini size and the other 4 are HUGE. I would expect them to at least take the time to pack them in bunches of all of the same size. Now I have to figure out how to distribute these as I don't want some guest wondering whey they got the huge one or the mini one. Just beware that the sizes in each pack are veryyyyy different, even if you only order 1 doz. for the price I am not so mad that I would return them or anything, we will make it work."
