"I ordered these rubber ducks for a party and when they arrived, I was shocked at the poor quality. The paint on almost every single duck was all smeared and/or missing.They were so bad that it looked like they had been packaged up while the paint was still wet. I was terribly disappointed, but didn't have time to return them and get a new batch shipped to me in time for the party. I've had similar experiences with other OT rubber ducks (my daughter collects them), but never this bad."
