"When I received my mug the ring bearers name was kind of scratched off so I called immediately and they sent me out another one within 5 days. The new one I got was a lot better.
The "name" isn't etched on so it seems like you can rub it off, hopefully it won't after a few washes!
OVERALL, good item for price but shipping will cost you."

"When I received the mug the first time my nephew's name was spell wrong, but i called the company and they sent me a new one in a few days, no charge, that was perfect! I like this product. Very cute gift for a little boy, the cup is just the right size."

"I ordered both the Flowergirl and Ringbearer mug and the ringbearer's mug came in perfect. It is the perfect size, weight and the name personalization came through dark enough to see. I am very happy with the ringbearer mug. The flowergirl mug though came in and the name was smudged at the bottom and the writing was so light you could barely see it. I called and they are shipping me a replacement at no cost to me so hopefully the new one is better."
