"I purchased this for work, and we had a contest to name him. Everyone had a great time being creative with their chosen names. He came just as pictured, and wasn't bent or broken. We even had pictures taken with him. He will be a wonderful addition to our decorations for a long time."

Cute but Flimsy Date: October 20, 2009
"For the price I was expecting something made a little sturdier, especially since it can hold drinks. It is a bit flimsy and falls over too easily. Also, the parts that came with it for assembly didn't quite match the instructions and I think that is why the tray is lopsided. But, it is still cute standing there holding candy!"

"Mortimer, okay so I'm not original, is awesome. He stands about 5' high and is made of solid cardboard, not like the flimsy hollywood celebrity cutouts. Easy to assemble, sturdy and coloring is bright. Haven't tried to put anything on the tray yet, expect he can't carry to heavy a load. I expect him to be around for a long time."

"Despite the fact that it arrived a bit banged up from shipping, it will be a great addition to our display. the back pieces had to be duct taped to hold it upright, but you can't see that from the front. Had I not gotten a discount, I would not have bought it."
