The skeleton moves easy enough, but is small like an 8 year old's size. Of course, it reads that it's only 3 feet. However, for three feet, the price is high.

Purchased two of these skeletons a few years ago and one of them finally bit the dust (so to speak). HAD to get another - he's adorable, durable and very posable. We've displayed them both indoors and out; one swung from a chandelier and another hung from a tree. Very fun.

Purchased this for a Halloween Office Event but it is scarily reminscent of a child's skeletal frame and I found that to be way too sad and creepy. Will be returning.
