Had these as "prizes" in Halloween bowl for games BUT the paper tops/inserts came off on most of them in delivery so had to reassemble...but kids liked them alot. Had these last year but not with this problem so thats why I ordered them...hoping next years order will be better.

I bought these to give out to Trick or Treaters and I am very disappointed. I did not get the top to spin, maybe it is me. The price and quantity is a very good deal. Probably another throw away item rather than enjoyment but it is something to give out ad besides too late to send back!
