These were a minimal glow. When we first broke them, they glowed but within 10 minutes, it was like the were a light reflective material instead of glowing. Since the lights were very low, I was expecting them to show quite a bit more.
Pros: Assembly
Cons: didn't glow much

I bought a lot of these because I was having an outdoor party at night and had multiple uses for them. They didn't light up evenly even when snapped along the entire length of them. Only stayed lit for approximately 90 minutes. They weren't very expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.
