Wonderful Product, Great Customer Service!!

"I purchased these for my daughters "Movie Night" Birthday party. I did not expect for the quality to be so fantastic. Much larger than I expected. The clasp to hold the picture was so tight, I had to take a screwdriver to loosen. I ordered too many and was going to send the rest back, Oriental Trading told me to donate them to a charity and they would credit my account! Just in time for the holidays, some other kids will be very happy too!!!"

"These key chains are very pleasing to the eye, and much larger than I expected, however, you should not count on adding a valuable photo as this product is not crafted well enough to hold the photo--the side locks broke off. Neither should you attempt to put it on your key ring because the chain is not durable metal--that too will break off. I will say the clap has maintained it's position after 8 hours. These were ordered for a movie theme party....hopefully my guest will at least get a kick out of the 'clap'."
