I did not know that I would have to insert the seeded paper "pot" into slots pre-cut into the bookmark. It was somewhat time consuming, especially considering that many of the slots were not fully perforated and did not easily open without damaging the bookmark. Also, some seed pods appeared to lack seeds altogether, so the disappointed recipient would probably have no sprouts to look forward to.
Cons: Assembly, quality
No, I would not recommend this product to a friend.
